- Summary:
- The case deals with rampant collusion between builders and development authority personnel in granting approvals. It highlights the blatant moves made by the builder to get favourable sanctions and the Noida Authority in playing to the tunes of the builder, as observed by the Allahabad High Court in its order for demolishing the twin towers. The predicament of the flat owners in the twin towers is palpable. The case documents relevant portions of the judgment and also subsequent developments in a not-so-difficult format to read and reflect upon.
