Summary:
Kriengsak Lertpittayapoom is the owner of Chug Yont Engineering, a small-sized family business located in Samut Sakhon, Thailand. Although CYE experienced some early financial struggles, Lertpittayapoom led CYE in the right direction by diversifying its products from food packaging machineries to commercial and residential metal construction. This text examines the challenges encountered by Lertpittayapoom as he attempted to build a competitive business in line with his Buddhist values.
