- Summary:
- Serge arrives in the rustic village of Skopje from London for the funeral of his uncle, the Count Mihajli, when he bumps into the hanging corpse of his cousin. The autopsy suggests that she didn't commit suicide - she was murdered. While trying to solve the mystery, Serge, as the heir, has to contend with a house full of greedy suspects including his uncle's young wife who practices black magic, a scientist experimenting with electricity to raise the dead, and a grave digger who is also a grave robber.
