Summarizes title-by-title provisions of H.R. 2, the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015, to repeal current sustainable growth rate formula for calculating updates to Medicare payment rates to physicians and establish an alternative set of annual updates; to introduce a new merit-based incentive payment system and establish processes for developing, evaluating, and adopting alternative payment models; to extend funding for State CHIP beyond FY2015 for two additional years; and to make other health-related changes. Describes current law and how the Act would change current law.
