- Provides overview of EPA 2013 changes to national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) for fine particulate matter (PM2.5). Examines NAAQS implementation process for designating geographical nonattainment areas with respect to tightening of PM2.5 standards, including comparisons with final designations under the 2006 and 1997 PM2.5 NAAQS.
