Tracks legislative status of S. 697, the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act; S. 725, the Alan Reinstein and Trevor Schaefer Toxic Chemical Protection Act; and House discussion draft, the TSCA Modernization Act of 2015, to amend Title I of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to revise the chemical evaluation process and criteria by which chemical substances would be regulated, and to address certain other related purposes.
