- Reviews historical and current agricultural trade between the U.S. and Cuba, identifies barriers to expanding bilateral trade in agricultural products, and assesses potential to expand agricultural trade with Cuba in light of Administration Dec. 2014 action to normalize U.S.-Cuba relations.
