- Assesses China's compliance with the following U.S.-China trade agreements: 1979 agreement providing for mutual most-favored-nation treatment, the 1992 memorandum of understanding (MOU) on market access, the 1992 and 1995 MOUs on intellectual property rights, the 1997 MOU on textile quotas and market access, and the 1992 MOU on prison labor exports.
