- Reviews issues related to development and implementation of an automated, integrated entry-exit data system at all border ports of entry to track the arrival and departure of aliens visiting the U.S. Reviews section 110 of P.L. 104-208, the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act, which required the Department of Justice to create a record for every alien arriving in the U.S. and match it with the record for the alien departing the U.S. Examines amendment of P.L. 104-208 by P.L. 106-215, the Immigration and Naturalization Service Data Management Improvement Act, to require the INS to establish an entry-exit data system without establishing additional documentary requirements.
