- Discusses creation of the Energy Research and Development Administration (ERDA) under P.L. 93-438, the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974; and provides legislative history of ERDA responsibilities under P.L. 93-577, the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974.
