- Discusses the reimplementation of the Vinson-Trammell Act of 1934, which limits profits earned on military aircraft and naval ship contracts to a fixed percentage of the contract price. Also surveys original provisions and regulatory requirements, and legislative proposals and actions to alter the Act. The Act was temporarily suspended while the Renegotiation Act of 1951 was in effect.
