- Analysis, prepared for the Subcom on Energy and the Environment by Warren H. Donnelly and Barbara L. Rather of CRS, based on 1974-75 subcom hearings on peaceful nuclear technology exports and their potential for contributing to worldwide nuclear proliferation.
