Summary:
Two leaves from the same Qurʼān, though not continuous. Leaf 1 contains the last two words of verse 5 of al-Takāthur (102) through the first two words of verse 6 of al-Humazah (104) . Leaf 2 contains all of al-Kāfirūn (190) except the bismillāh, to the penultimate word of verse 4 of al-Masad (111), called Tabbat yadā here.

Foliation: Western numeral foliation in pencil added, upper left recto.
Layout: 7 long lines, border-ruled.
Script: Written in naskh in black ink, pointed, vocalized. Headers in thuluth.
Decoration: Textblock is border-ruled in double red. Sūrah headers are in gold thuluth outlined in black. Gold lobed roundels with blue and red dots mark verse endings. Readings marked in red.
Origin: Probably copied in the 16th or 17th century, place unknown.
