Leaf A1r contains title, quotation from Proverbs 19, woodcut ornament, and imprint. Printed marginalia on leaves A2v and A3r. Leaf A4v contains woodcut head-piece, quotations from Sirach 7:13-14 and 20:26-28, and woodcut tail-piece.

Teil (Cantus I Chori), probably printed in Helmstedt by Jacob Lucius in 1607. (Not identical with RISM (Répertoire international des sources musicales) A/I P 5351.) Leaf D1r (headlined XIII. CANTVS I. Chor.) contains woodcut music and printed text for conclusion of two verses of "Was mein Gott will, das g'scheh allzeit" and a woodcut tail-piece. Leaves D2v (headlined: CANTVS I. Chor. XV.) and D3r (headlined: XV. CANTVS I. Chor.) contain woodcut music and printed text for beginning of "Gott ist mein Licht und Seligkeit" (the word "Gott" printed with a large decorative initial "G") and a woodcut tail-piece on leaf D3r. Leaf D4r (headlined: CANTVS I. Chor. XVII. I. Theil.) contains woodcut music and printed text for beginning of 2 verses of "Herzlich lieb hab ich dich, o Herr" (the word "Hertzlich" printed with a large decorative initial "H").
