"Advice to the women and maidens of London" begins on Y3r on 35 [i.e. 31] p following the "Leidger"; p. 8-13 of "Advice" are on two leaves (Z2v-Z3r), each printed in 3 columns, each column given a page number.

Identified as Wing M2489 on UMI microfilm "Early English books, 1641-1700" reel 1930.

This is a variant of Wing M2489 which bears varying imprint: By J. Richardson for B. Billingsley.

The appended material on 32 p. at end has special dated title-page reding: Instructions for rent-gatherers accompts, &c. made easie. / By the author of the book, entituled, Debtor and creditor. London, Printed for Benj. Billingsley ..., 1683 (Wing M2490); although not accounted for in ESTC for the third edition (1690), this title was issued together with main title in 1708.
