- "Leidger: No. A. MDCLXXV." has a divisional title page (L4r); facing pages have same pagintion ( p. 1 -41); the register is continuous.
- "Advice to the women and maidens of London" begins on Y3r on 35 [i.e. 31] p following the "Leidger"; p. 8-13 of "Advice" are on two leaves (Z2v-Z3r), each printed in 3 columns, each column given a page number.
- Identified as Wing M2489 on UMI microfilm "Early English books, 1641-1700" reel 1930.
- This is a variant of Wing M2489 which bears varying imprint: By J. Richardson for B. Billingsley.
- The appended material on 32 p. at end has special dated title-page reding: Instructions for rent-gatherers accompts, &c. made easie. / By the author of the book, entituled, Debtor and creditor. London, Printed for Benj. Billingsley ..., 1683 (Wing M2490); although not accounted for in ESTC for the third edition (1690), this title was issued together with main title in 1708.

- Carpenters' Company copy inscribed "Joshua carpenter"; also inscribed "T. Nevell, ejus liber" [Nevell also known as "Thomas Nevil" was one of Carpenters' Company's earliest members]; wanting frontispiece port. and half-title; accession number 3512; recorded in 1894 Carpenters' Company Library inventory as no. 394.
