- Carpenters' Company copy is the only known copy. The Evans Digital Collection of Early American Imprints database (available by subscription only) produced the digital facsimile of this title from the Carpenters' Company copy. It is heavily annotated with price estimates filled in and additional procedures added in ms. Copy has various ownership inscriptions reading "Baker Baker" "Charles" and "John James ... [unreadable]".
