- Originally issued in parts, probably during 1811-1812 and in 1819. Plates are dated 1811 and 1819 but in some copies the plates are later reprints, with watermark dates as late as 1825.
- With [25] plates (including frontispiece) on [27] leaves. The majority of plates are hand colored aquatints engraved by M. Dubourg after Middleton's designs with some engraved from drawings by Philip [Filippo] Giuntotardi and engraved by Joseph Jeakes or John Swaine. Plates issued (and often bound) out of sequence and numbered erratically. Two plates at end are uncolored and designated A and B. Most signed at foot: London. Published and sold ... by Edw.d Orme Bond Street, London.
