- Several blueprints are included by James K. Evans, construction engineer, numbered 1, 4-8, in multiple versions. These sheets are dated in mostly in 1935, and usually have "Received from Treasury Dept., Wash, D.C., R.&.K." written on blueprint. Drawing J.K.E. no. 6 of Apr. 30, 1935 also has names of numerous personal of the Treasury Department, Procurement Division, including Louis A. Simon, supervising architect.
