No Ballinger log entry. All images are architectural drawings, renderings of the proposed building. Photo nos. 4955, 4976 and 5006 have identified from the name on the building in the image. Photo nos. 4955 & 4976 are perspectives, with the delineator's name "D.E. Sutton". Photo no. 5006 is a front elevation and gives the title data used above. These identified drawings show buildings with different styles. Photo now. 5016, an architectural rendering & no. 5092, a photo of the completed building, have been visually identified from comparison with photo no. 5006. Other unidentified renderings, similar in massing and in the rural setting, have been attributed to this building. These photos are nos. 4960, 4970, 4974, 4980 and 5007-5008. These buildings are all in different styles, views & shapes. Some have Sutton as the delineator. Some show nurse figures.
Date taken from Ballinger Company architectural working drawings, cataloged separately, which give the Ballinger commission no. as 2175. These drawings note an existing hospital building on the site & show access from Lincoln Way East. Ground floor thru a fifth floor penthouse & roof plan are shown.
