- Ballinger log book 3, p. 140 list photo number 4217 for entry "Corner Stores Corporation". This is an architectural drawing, a perspective rendering of a 1-story building with multiple glass store-fronts. Ballinger log book 4, p. 84 lists photo no. 4391 for entry "Corner Store Building (Felt Bros.). This building is similar to the Chestnut Hill Arcade Building, Chestnut Hill, Pa., cataloged separately, which shows a sign for "Felt Bros., 1518 Walnut St." in the window. Photo 4391 shows the actual building with signs for tenants: [1] Earl Mylecraine Lubricating Station [2] Jawer, Tires Accessories. [3] Anton Dorfner and Sons, Inc., Cleaners-Dyers [4] Willys-Knight and Overland.
- Additionally, Ballinger log book 4, p. 83 "Felt Brothers, Chelten & Agontz Ave." lists photo numbers 4390, 4420 and 4468-4469. Photo no. 4390 is an architectural drawing, a perspective rendering similar to no. 4217, but with the delineator's name, "D.E. Sutton", bottom left. Photo no. 4420, described in the log a "Roxy Theatre, exterior, actual", is absent from this collection. Photo nos. 4468-4469 are photos of completed cornerstore buildings, including: [1] Willys-Knight & Whippet, Motor Cars [2] Franklin Pharmacy, and [3] Bull's Market. There is no theater visible in these photos.
