Notes:

Ballinger log book 4, p. 103 lists photo number 4470. Photo no. 4521 has also been identified in local files with this project. These photos are architectural drawings, perspective renderings of a three+-story, building with tile roof, in a setting including palm trees. This suggests a tropical location. The buildings in the renderings a very similar, but not identical. The name "Brewster Hospital" can be seen above the entrance in photo no. 4521, and has the delineator's name "D.E. Sutton."
