Ballinger log book 4, p. 64 lists photo numbers 4314 and 4455-4458. Photo no. 4314 is an architectural drawing, a perspective rendering, with the delineator "D.E. Sutton", bottom right. Photo no. 4455 shows the exterior of the completed building, with "Professional Arts" above the entrance. A street sign for the side street shows the 100 block of "Mt. Vernon Av" and the facing street might be "Pacific Ave." Interior views suggest a dentist's office. Photo dates estimated from neighboring photos.
