- Notes:
- No Ballinger log book entry. Photo numbers identified for this building include numbers 4526, 4539 & 4643. Photo nos. 4526 & 4539 are architectural drawings, variant renderings showing the Chelten Ave. view. Photo no. 4526 is an elevation, dated Mar. 31, 1929, and has the Ballinger Co. project no. 1485, drawing No. D. Photo no. 4539 is a fuller perspective rendering of this view, and gives the delineator's name, "D.E. Sutton", bottom left. Photo no. 4643 appears to be the completed building, but the label above the entry now shows "Bankers Trust Company" instead of "Bank of Philadelphia and Trust Co." shown in the renderings. Photo no. 4643 also shows "MaGaffrey's" as the two-story building to the immediate right, "Bell Telephone", a 5-story building next right, and a tire company watertank behind.
