Title derived from information in two specification documents accompanying the drawings. No date, creator or building identification is given on the drawings themselves. Drawing have four small holes in one end which correspond to similar holes in the second specification document. Visually, the images correspond to the general description given in the specifications. However, the specifications appear to be for two different projects, probably in the same neighborhood.
