Notes:
Title derived by cataloger.
No commission number. All sheets are unnumbered, undated, and the corporate names of the Dagit building firm and Dagit architectural firms have generally been confused. Additionally, two subcontractor firms are named in this set. Albright & Mebus, Civil Engineers, prepared DAG*007*001, the plot plan and Wm. J. Ford & Sons are named as the contractors on DAG*007*009. Based on name usage patterns and practice in other Dagit commissions, the set has been attributed to the architectural firm of Henry D. Dagit & Sons as the likely designers of the houses, probably owned by the sister firm of Dagit Brothers, Builders.
This Four House Operation on Lodge's Lane in Cynwyd appears to be distinct from another Four House Operation on Morris Rd. near Lancaster in Wynnewood.
Forms part of: Dagit collection of architectural drawings from the firms of Rowe and Dagit/Henry D. Dagit/Henry D. Dagit & Son/Henry D. Dagit & Sons.
