Sheet no. 77, HDS526*032 has the commission number 531, which is for St. Agnes Church, but the title Church of the Transfiguration, and a date which fits better with this project.
- Unidentified drawing no. HDS526*048 has seal: Henry D. Dagit, architect & engineer, Philadelphia, State of New Jersey, Registered architect. The presence of a New Jersey seal could indicate that the drawing actually belongs to another project, or simply that the wrong architect's seal was used on this sheet.
- Some drawings have names & signatures of clients & subcontractors: [1] HDS526*005 has "F.V. Warren Co., Dennis J. Dougherty." above title block [2] HDS526*010-012 have signatures, "D.I. McGettigan, Fred P. McCarthy." [3] HDS526*043 has "John P. Smith, Inc., per J.C. Shuster."
