- Walter diary of 1852 has an entry on July 8th reading "Commenced digging, F St. house", againg Oct. 13th, "Finished drawings for F. St. House ...", and Nov. 5, "Selected paper for house in F. St." A copy of a photo from the Washingtoniana Division of the Martin Luther King Memorial Library, in the Athenaeum's Walter file, gives that address as 614 F. St.
