Notes:

Neither of these drawings identify the client or Walter as the architect. One drawing, however is called "Sketch for a dwelling, July 10, 1873".

In 1873 Walter is known to be living in Philadelphia, although his practice was wide ranging. His diary entry of July 4, 1873 includes "at house for Mr. Williams", July 5 "at design for Mr. Williams", July 9 "finished plans for Mr. Williams house" July 10 "Finished sketch for dwelling for Mr. Williams 2 plans, 3 elevations." These descriptions correspond well with the written & visual evidence of these two unidentified drawings. It is not know if the house was built.
