- Descriptive data with on some individual images suggest that these photographs of drawings were prepared to accompany the 4th & 5th reports on the proposed project, from the architectural design firm Voorhees, Gmelin & Walker. This New York firm was commissioned by the Philadelphia Arts Association after the Association considered several other architects. See manuscript documentation from the Association cataloged separately.
