The Cape May handbook (1977), p. 26, gives the address as 1501 Beach Avenue and the original architect & date: Frank Seeburger, 1911. This source also states, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974 & 1977.
