- The Cape May handbook (1977), p. 15, gives the address as Jackson Street and Beach Avenue, and the original architect & date: Stephen Decatur Button, 1891-92. This source also states, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974, & 1977.
