Notes:
HABS number written in red pencil on sheet no. 4 only. Three sheets are hand lettered, sheets 1-2 & 4 of 4. The fourth sheet does not carry the HABS title block or other identification, but matches the image on p. 20 of the Cape May handbook, and the image on the sheet called no. 4 here.
The Cape May handbook (1977), p. 20 gives the address at Beach Ave. and Ocean St., the original contractors & owners as the Church Brothers, and date as 1894-95. This source also state, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974 & 1977.
