- The Cape May handbook (1977), p. 17, gives the address at 19 Jackson Street, the original builder as Charles Shaw and the date as 1882. This source also state, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974 & 1977.
