- Sheet nos. 3-4 drawn by M.M. Thomas, sheet no. 1 drawn by D.K. McCoubrey, sheet no. 2 drawn by C.A. Evers. The 1977 sheet is drawn by Dan B. Goodenow.
- The Cape May handbook (1977), p. 11, gives the original architect as Stephen Decatur Button, 1869-70, and address as 34 Gurney Street. This source also states, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974 & 1977.
