The Cape May Handbook (1977), p. 21, gives the original architect as Frank Furness, 1878-79, and the address as 1048 Washington Street. This sources also states, p. 76, that the drawings were done for HABS by the Cape May Survey Teams of 1973, 1974 & 1977.
