Eight items in this set have two title blocks. The earliest title block, dated June 10, 1964, reads "Restored Abercrombie - Neave Houses by Alfred M. Johnston / drawn by D. Quigley. This title block is also found on the remainging four of the twelve drawings here. The second title block, dated Oct. 19, 1964, is that for Robbins, including Robbins seal. The seal of engineer Aladino A. Autilio, Jr. is on all 12 items. Correspondence in the George A. Robbins architectural materials collection suggests that Alfred M. Johnston was the owner or developer, and perhaps to save money, it was agreed that Robbins would modify Quigley's drawings as necessary to city requirements for the restoration project, rather than create new drawings. Mr. Quigley is known from correspondence to be David Quigley, but no information on his occupation or purpose of his set is given.
Seals: [1] George A. Robbins, registered architect, Pennsylvania, no. 41016. [2] Aladino A. Autilio, Jr., registered professional engineer, Commonwealth of Pennsylvia, no. 13933.
