Ballinger log book 3, p. 117 lists photo numbers 4162, 4168 and 4298. Photos 4162 & 4168 are architectural drawings, perspective renderings of a "U" shaped 5-story building, with formal steps & garden to the entrance in the center wing. Photo 4298 shows the actual building, with a sign partially visible to the left showing the name "? Hall". The location is unknown, but presumed to be in Philadelphia, the main locus of the firms practice.
