Ballinger log book 3, p. 131 lists photo number 4202. This is an architectural rendering, showing a perspective of a 4-story building, plus central tower, with radio towers on top. Above the entrance reads "F.A.D.A. Radio" and "A.B. Andrea, Inc." The delineator's name is given in the lower left corner as "D.E. Sutton" Location is unknown, but could be "New York", since "New York is given first in the architect's address. Also, photo no. 4198 has been visually identified as this same building.
