- Notes:
- Drawings CHN*026*001 appears to show a cave entrance in a landscape. It has Chandler "CTP" monogram, and his note "The wind blowing cave, ... road from Bath Alum(?) Springs to Joshen. August 19, 1912. ... The driver (Hoover) called it Window Cove Cave." Drawing CHN*026*002 shows two large trees, one with a seat. This image has not identification. Both are drawn on letterhead stationery which reads The Homestead, Hot Springs, Va., H. Albert, Resident Manager. The etched image of The Homestead shows a large formal building, and ancillary building in a landscaped setting, with a hill behind. There is no reason to believe that The Homestead is a Chandler building, but more probably these are informal travel sketches.
- Forms part of: Chandler, Theophilus P. Theophilus P. Chandler, Jr. collection of architectural graphics & records.
