Notes:

The area of the Chandler Estate, with footprints of buildings, is shown in the center of the sheet. Horizontal streets are Harvard Ave., Washington St., intersected by School St., and Searle Ave. The vertical street is Cypress St., with a proposed continuation of Cypress into Washburn Ter. Other properties include Horation S. Burdett, Est. of Charles W. Lewis and the Bethany Sunday School Association. The purpose & creator of the map is not known. Based upon other records in the Chandler collection, this map illustrates the property of the architect's father or his father's family. Chandler moved from the Boston area to the Philadelphia area around 1870.
