- No identification on piece for Chandler, but the Woodbridge's were listed in Chandler's Lists of drawings sent out, 1887-1896. The Biographical dictionary of Philadelphia architects, p.808 states that Arthur Truscott worked in Chandler's office from 1877-1883. Truscott, in this item, is considered most like acting as delineator, for Chandler the architect.
