- Six items from this set are photographs of architectural drawings from which the title is taken. These drawings include plans and perspective renderings. The date is taken from Mellor & Meigs account book 1 (A-H), which reads "Mrs. A.J. Antelo (Frances) Devereux. House at Dark Harbor, Maine. 1916. No. 94."
- Other photos are mostly exterior views, many probably taken at different times, and of different sizes. One set of fourteen 6 x 8 in. prints, has each view identified, and gives the firm name as Mellor, Meigs & Howe. This set includes two interior views of the living room. One large & one snapshot version show a perspective view of the house from the harbor, with the house reflected in the water.
- Some of the images of this set are reproduced in A Monograph of the work of Mellor, Meigs & Howe (1923), p.121-124, which includes additional drawings & dates the work as 1917.
