Ketcham is given as the terra cotta manufacturer. The verso of the photo appears to different generations of use. Partial notes in black ink at the bottom read " ... Peter's Rectory ...[Sta]ten Island, N.Y. ... H. St[?]ton, [arch.?] From O.W. Ketcham, 24 So. 7th St., Phila, Pa." Pencil notes in the center read: "Fig. 8. Architectural Terra Cotta. Return to L.R.W. Allison, 170 Roseville Ave., Newark, N.J." A photographers stamp reads: B.G. Mitchell, architectural photographers, 226 W. 108th St., N.Y.C. The image shows door details and decorative seal only.
