- No commission number given. Inscription read: "Henry D. Dagit, Jan. 29, 1865 - Mar. 25, 1929. His wife, Josephine M. [Dagit], July 22, 1867 - Sept. 27, 1959." Drawing also has: "Holy Cross Cem., sect 23, range 8, lot 70."
- The office location given in the title block suggests that this drawing was made some time after the move from the 34 S. 17th St. location around 1925. The use of a Dagit personal name form is an anomaly for this period, as most drawings after 1921 had some form of "Son" or "Sons" in the name. It may be logical to assume that these drawings were made by Henry D. Dagit, Jr., at the time of his father's death in 1929.
- Forms part of: Dagit collection of architectural drawings from the firms of Rowe and Dagit/Henry D. Dagit/Henry D. Dagit & Sons/Henry D. Dagit & Sons.
