- Note accompanying the material: "Original contractural specifications of house, 15 Pelham Rd., built by my grandfather, Francis Schumann, after whom I am named. F. Schumann, May 8th, 1981." This material is believed to have passed, with the house, from the later Schumann to the current donor/owner, Rosemarie Fenderson.
