Drawing title suggest that there were three 15th Century Norman French houses planned for Minden Manor, and that this particular house is House no. 18 of the larger set of Dagit Brothers homes. Drawing no. HDS561*004 has instead the commission number "550", which may indicate this is a drawing for another of the three houses, with a separate commission number, or may simply be in error. Drawing no. HDS561*020 has "House no. 18, House no. 19", suggesting that the wrought iron detail illustrated in this drawing was used in two different houses.
Drawing HDS561*002 contains numerous signatures, many illegible: ... [4] George Hughes, [5] Joseph Radwan [6] Michael J. Boyle.
Forms part of: Dagit collection of architectural drawings from the firms of Rowe and Dagit/Henry D. Dagit/Henry D. Dagit & Son/Henry D. Dagit & Sons.
