Includes dates: Sept. 11, 1961, revision Nov. 6, 1961, Oct. 23, 1978.The diversity of the dates probably indicates than a drawing from an earlier project in 1961 was used to show the new handicapped bathrooms. It is not known if Mansell's affiliation with DiGiorgio was from the 1961 or 1978 time period. Other projects for this facility cataloged separately, show in 1964, DiGiorgio working with Henry J. Magaziner and in 1977-1978, DiGiorgio working with Kirkbride.
