- Title from drawing P-1. This set also includes two reference drawings: [1] a site survey, originally prepared in 1947, for Walter Brucker, and revised Sept. 4, 1963, by George B. Mebus, registered engineer, Glenside, Penna., which carries his seal, and [2] a circular floor plan by Ritter Company, Inc., Rochester, N.Y., Dealer: Climax Dental Supply Co., Philadelphia, Pa., plan no. 83905, which may be a mass produced, commercially prepared drawing specializing in dental facilities.
- The earliest dated drawing has the address Castore Ave., Phila., Pa., which may be Goldman's home address, or an earlier site under consideration. Accompanying the drawings are 9 photographs (b/w 9 x 13 cm.) labelled variously on verso as "Dr. Goldman's porch", "Dr. Goldman's house", or "Dr. Goldman garden as seen from front (Ashmead)" This suggests that Goldman lived near the new building, or perhaps that the Goldman house was considered somehow in the construction of the new building.
- Forms part of: Magaziner, Louis. Louis & Henry J. Magaziner architectural drawings collection.
