- A note in pencil, bottom right, dated 9-23-66, begins: The dam will be mostly on Robbins property. The spillway almost on half on Robbins property. The sediment poool will barely show on Robbins property. ... Pencil sketching on map show the location of the new dam, spillway & sediment pool, which also appears to be located on property label for Edward M. Cheston. This site is N.E. of the Bethlehem Expressway & Butler Pike. Robbins property includes sites labled "Deed from Wm. H. Hart ... or Deed from J.A. Barndt".
