Log book gives "Gibson" as the photographer for 451-457.
Photo no. 653 has signs "Ballinger & Perrot, Engineers & Architects. Reinforced concrete specialists, Philadelphia" and "Edison Portland Cement used exclusively on this building". Photo no. 657 shows sign "Bernard Gloekler Co. Eclipse Refrigerators and store fixtures". Photo no. 705 shows sign "Electrical equipment installed by the Frankling Electric and Construction Co., incorporated, 239 Fourth Ave., Pittsburg.".
